CodeLens provides AI-powered code review services that analyze your code for bugs, security vulnerabilities, and best practice violations. Our service integrates with version control platforms to automatically review pull requests.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account credentials with others

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

You retain all rights to your code. We do not claim ownership of any code you submit for review. Our service, including our AI models, algorithms, and interface, remain our exclusive property.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

CodeLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
